Ultimate Wolverine - 2003

ENG. - Yeap.. it´s not finished, I know. Back then, I needed a lot of time to finish a drawing like this, so i felt a bit exhausted after figuring all the sahdows and highlights of this wolverine. I made it for Fine Arts, for the drawing subject. I felt comfortable with superheroes, and I thought this could work for something we had to do for that subject: drawing 30 (I think they were 30) drawings. I failed it. I found a bit random that subject, and the teacher focused too mucha in the good ones. I know I was not the best student ever... but I don´t know. Anyway!! It was the tiem when the Ultimate X men arrived to Spain, and I loved that comic. It´s based in the cover of the first issue, by mr. Kubert.

ESP. - Sí... no está terminado, lo sé. En aquel entonces necesitaba mucho tiempo para terminar un dibujo como este, me sentí un poco agotado después de hacer todas las sombras y aspectos más destacados de este Lobezno. Lo hice para Bellas Artes, para la asignatura de dibujo. Me sentía cómodo con los superhéroes y pensé que esto podría funcionar para algo que teníamos que hacer para la asignatura: dibujar 30 (creo que eran 30) dibujos. Lo suspendí, puede que con un 2. Esa materia me pareció un poco aleatoria y el profesor se centraba demasiado en los buenas estudiantes. Sé que no fui el mejor estudiante de todos los tiempos... pero no lo sé. ¡¡En cualquier caso!! Era la época en la que llegaban los Ultimate X men a España, y ese cómic me encantó. Está basado en la portada del primer número, del sr. Kubert.
